Terms & Conditions of the Promotion & Data Processing – Vredestein Tyre Promotional Campaign.

 

Purchase a new set of Vredestein tyres and receive a voucher to shop for your own co-branded workwear.

 

 

 

Article 1 - Promotion

 

The company Apollo Tyres B.V. is running a Vredestein tyre promotion where you will receive a free voucher when you purchase a new set of Vredestein tyres (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’). The practical organisation of this Promotion has been entrusted to Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’. The Promotion applies only to the Vredestein products listed in Article 7 purchased during the promotion period specified in Article 8.

 

By participating in the Promotion, you are considered to have accepted the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion in full, without any reservations. Any difficulties in the interpretation or application of the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion or any dispute arising during the implementation of the Promotion will be handled exclusively by the Organiser.

 

Article 2 - Participation

 

2.1 By participating in the Promotion, you accept the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion.

 

2.2. Any natural person – in a personal and individual capacity – residing in Europe is eligible to participate in the Promotion, with the exception of:

• persons/legal persons with a direct legal connection to one of the companies participating in the organisation or distribution of the Promotion;
• the commercial promoters;
• their advertising and promotion consultants;
• persons/legal persons under the age of 18.

 

2.3. To participate in the Promotion, you must enter the requested information in the relevant fields and upload the invoice or receipt at www.vredesteinpromo.com/workwear

 

2.4 The participant is responsible for entering the data used to process the registration request.

 

2.5 On receipt of the registration form and requested documents, the Organiser will validate the registration request and send a confirmation by e-mail (from: Vredestein promotions <noreply@vredestein.com>) to the e-mail address provided, indicating whether or not the registration request for the Promotion has been validated. The Organiser aims to respond within 72 hours of receiving your registration request. The participant is responsible for e-mailingvredestein@promomarketing.com if they have not received any response by e-mail within this time frame

 

2.6 Participants who have submitted an incomplete registration form will be notified by the Organiser by e-mail (from: Vredestein promotions <noreply@vredestein.com>) and given the opportunity to still submit the requested information by the date specified in the e-mail. If, based on this information, the participant still does not meet the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion, the registration request will not be taken into account.

 

Article 3 - Data Protection Statement – Statement of consent for disclosure of personal data

 

1. You have submitted a registration request on www.vredesteinpromo.com/workwear, a website administered by Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE (Arvato), for a voucher from Apollo Tyres (Europe) B.V. (Apollo) that can be redeemed at Mascot International AS (Mascot). In order to process your registration request, Arvato must pass on your personal data to Mascot and Apollo.
2. By giving your consent, you agree to Arvato passing on your personal data to Mascot and Apollo.
3. Mascot uses your personal data to give you access to their online shop, while Apollo uses your personal data for analysis purposes. Apollo may also send you newsletters and other updates, from which you are free to unsubscribe at any time. 5. No compensation can be claimed for this personal data and its use.

 

Article 4 - Promotional Product

 

The Promotion consists only of sending a personal URL for ordering the co-branded workwear, while stocks last. The Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

The login and ordering process for the co-branded workwear falls under the responsibility of Vredestein and Mascot.

 

Article 5 - Amendments

 

The Organiser of the Promotion, Vredestein and Mascot waive all responsibility and liability in the event of amendment or cancellation of the Promotion due to force majeure, fraud, IT problems or the malfunctioning of any system. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to change the choice of prizes, any part of the regulations or the manner in which the Promotion is conducted if warranted by any unforeseen circumstances and/or cases of force majeure on the part of the Organiser and/or Apollo. If the Promotion is amended, extended or cancelled, the Organiser/Apollo will immediately announce this on www.vredesteinpromo.com/workwear

 

Article 6 - Fraud

 

The Organiser, Vredestein and Mascot reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who commits fraud under this Promotion.

Where unlawful use of the personal URL is suspected, the Organiser, Vredestein and Mascot reserve the right to reject or discontinue the registration.

Article 8 - Promotion Period

Participants, as described in Article 2.2. et seq of these Terms & Conditions of the Promotion, who purchase a new set of Vredestein tyres, as described in Article 7 of these Terms & Conditions of the Promotion, within the promotion period are eligible for this Promotion.

 

In the overview below the promotional period (purchase date of a new set of Vredestein tires) per country. The country of purchase determines which promotional period applies.

The following section details the processing of your personal data in connection with the request for an Apollo-Vredestein voucher that can be redeemed at Mascot.

is accountable for the processing of your data as specified below. Where ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are mentioned in the text below, this always refers to Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE. We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: ‘GDPR’).

2. For what purposes and on what grounds is my data processed (purpose of processing)?

 

The legal grounds for the processing, and in particular the disclosure, of your personal data is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your specific situation, to the continuation of such processing by sending an e-mail with your objection to: vredestein@promotions-marketing.com

 

If you contact our employees in the Group Privacy Department, as data protection officers within the meaning of Article 38(4) of the GDPR they will process your data in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in order to fulfil their duties as data protection officers. With regard to these duties, the employees of the Group Privacy Department are bound to secrecy or confidentiality under Article 38(5) of the GDPR.

 

In addition, we may process personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in order to fulfil our duties under Article 39 of the GDPR.

 

3. Am I obligated to provide the data?

The disclosure of your personal data is necessary to verify the validity of the voucher and to process your registration request.

 

4. Who receives my data?

Your data will be passed on to Mascot and Apollo-Vredestein.

 

In addition, we use service providers (i.e. ‘processors’) for the processing, including the creation and storage of your data. If these service providers process data outside the European Union, this may result in your data being transferred to a country that cannot guarantee the same data protection standard as the European Union. In that case, we will – contractually or otherwise – ensure that the service providers guarantee an equivalent level of data protection. You can request a copy of these guarantees via the contact details listed in section 1.

 

5. How long will my data be stored?

The personal data we process on you pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and further information will be stored (for up to two years) until you legally object to the storage of your personal data pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing within the meaning of Article 21(1), second sentence of the GDPR.

 

6. What rights do I have with respect to my data?

You are at all times entitled to request access to your personal data stored by us. In the event that any of this data is incorrect or no longer up to date, you have the right to request rectification of this data. In addition, you have the right to request erasure and/or restriction of the processing of your data pursuant to Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR. If you have provided data to us and the processing by automated means is based on your consent or on a contract entered into with you, you have the right to request a copy of this data in a structured, common and machine-readable format (right to data portability).

 

In addition, you may exercise your right to object at any time without giving any reason and amend or completely withdraw your consent statement with effect for the future.

 

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data under Article 21 of the GDPR. If you exercise this right, we will cease to process your personal data. However, we will continue with the processing if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for doing so that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms.
